Job Summary

Seeking a full-time AI Creative Lead to produce high-quality, conversion-focused video content for paid social platforms, leveraging AI tools to enhance creative production workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality paid social performance creatives optimized for conversions and engagement
• Deliver a high volume of creative assets with minimal revision cycles while integrating AI tools to enhance quality
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to create and refine briefs and team processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience editing direct response performance creatives for paid social media platforms
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused storytelling and editing techniques
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI video generation and enhancement tools within production workflows
• Proficiency with core editing software such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
• A portfolio showcasing direct response and AI-enhanced video work
