Job Summary

To support business leaders and stakeholders, the full-time Strategic Communications, Education & Change Partner will manage content production, translate organizational changes into clear communication strategies, and utilize AI technology to enhance research and content development in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Care Operations leaders and stakeholders to clarify communication and education needs
• Translate complex information into actionable messages and create audience-centered content across various formats
• Independently manage priorities and deliverables while using feedback to improve communication efforts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, English, Journalism, Education, Marketing, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in professional writing, communications, or change enablement
• Mastery-level capability using generative AI and related creative tools
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats
• Current foundational or professional AI credential demonstrating applied generative AI and responsible AI use
