AI Data Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the development of autonomous AI agents, the full-time remote AI Data Engineer will manage the entire data lifecycle from raw video ingestion to production, focusing on building scalable data pipelines and integrating multimodal models.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines for unstructured data, including video and audio
• Develop and optimize AI agents that utilize memory, planning, and execution loops for autonomous actions
• Make architecture decisions that ensure performance, scalability, and reliability in data-heavy systems

Required qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Python with a focus on clean, modular code
• Experience with video and sound processing techniques, including codecs and workflows
• Hands-on experience with embeddings, multimodal models, and LLM-powered workflows
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as GCP or AWS and scalable compute setups
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and define standards
