AI Data Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote AI Data Engineer, the successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of data processing from raw video ingestion to autonomous AI decision-making, focusing on building scalable data pipelines and AI agents.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines for unstructured data, including video and audio
• Develop and optimize AI agents capable of memory, planning, and execution loops
• Make architecture decisions that ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of data-heavy systems

Required qualifications:

• Expert-level proficiency in Python with a focus on clean, modular code
• Experience with video/sound processing and multimodal models
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS) and scalable compute setups
• Strong understanding of embeddings and LLM-powered workflows
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and define standards
