AI Data Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on AI Data Engineering Manager, this full-time remote role will manage a high-performing team to develop data-driven and AI-powered systems, focusing on setting the technical direction, building scalable data pipelines, and deploying predictive models to enhance cybersecurity capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for AI, ML, and data systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Direct the lifecycle of data pipelines and AI/ML applications to boost productivity across offensive security use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Data Engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of LLM technologies, ML Ops, and secure API integration with AI systems
• Expertise in Python and AWS services, along with experience in building and deploying end-to-end ML pipelines
• Ability to design and govern secure data-driven software architectures for high-security environments
• Excellent mentoring skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
