Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Lead for AI & Data Governance Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the delivery of AI & Data Governance services, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments
• Support account growth by identifying opportunities and proposing additional services to enhance client satisfaction
• Engage in governance forums to provide insights and facilitate follow-up meetings for effective strategy implementation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in IT outsourcing or managed services with expertise in Data, Analytics & AI service delivery
• Strong understanding of the latest AI ecosystem, including trends and regulatory considerations
• Proven background in client relations and service delivery within complex contracts
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred
• Ability to conduct training sessions for new team members on client requirements and compliance standards
