Leading a virtual cross-functional team, the full-time AI Data Project Manager will manage client solutions and ensure successful project implementation through effective communication and coordination, all in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ultimate ownership for all delivery team projects, ensuring data quality, delivery timelines, and transparency for stakeholders
- Lead a cross-functional delivery team, proactively highlighting and resolving issues and risks to keep projects on track
- Own operations of the delivery team, including communication, planning activities, and conducting retrospectives
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading technical cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in managing complex projects from discovery to implementation
- Client-facing experience with a strong understanding of LLMs and their life cycle
- Background in consulting, tech, military, or competitive environments is a plus
- PhD in a technical field is a strong advantage
