Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Data Project Manager will be responsible for planning, scoping, costing, and operationally designing customer projects involving AI and data services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into actionable project plans.
Key responsibilities
- Review customer requirements and translate them into clear, executable project plans
- Develop project cost models and support the creation of customer pricing proposals
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure successful project execution and delivery
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management or operations within the AI data services industry
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and external partners
- Strong understanding of project planning, resource allocation, and execution strategies
- Experience with budgeting, costing, and pricing in project contexts
- Familiarity with AI data service workflows such as data annotation and transcription
