AI & Data Science Lead
Job Summary
Driving strategic AI and analytics initiatives, the full-time remote AI & Data Science Lead will establish data-driven foundations for operational excellence within Technical Services & Sustainable Operations, overseeing the AI and data roadmap while collaborating across various teams to enhance innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support non-financial performance reporting by mapping data sources and developing dashboards for operational performance tracking
- Lead the development of analytics and dashboards for the Asset Readiness Project, ensuring data accuracy and integration with AI tools
- Own data governance and strategic decision-making for the AI and technology roadmap, aligning initiatives with enterprise objectives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or AI implementation within large-scale operations
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing analytics teams
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions
- Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, including large language models
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
