AI Data Security VP

Job Summary

Driving product vision and strategy for AI Data Security, the full-time VP of Product Management will lead the development of innovative solutions in DSPM, AI Data Governance, and SIPM, operating in a fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for the AI Data Security portfolio, ensuring market leadership and identifying growth opportunities
• Build rapid feedback loops with stakeholders to drive innovation and maintain a culture of experimentation
• Attract, develop, and inspire a high-performing product team while establishing accountability and rigorous execution

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading teams in cybersecurity or data security
• Direct experience in DSPM, AI data security, or closely related domains
• Proven track record of building and scaling early-stage products within larger organizations
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineering on architecture and trade-offs
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or MS preferred
