AI & Data Solution Architect

Job Summary

As a full-time remote position, the AI & Data Solution Architect will lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives, advise C-suite executives on AI strategies, and design comprehensive solution architectures to enhance customer success and operational models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI transformation engagements and advise senior stakeholders on AI strategy and operating model design
• Design end-to-end solution architectures and provide hands-on leadership during project delivery
• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and value realization

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise architecture, or technology advisory roles focused on AI and digital transformation
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to design and manage complex AI or digital transformation projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with ServiceNow platform and modules, including relevant certifications
• Knowledge of knowledge graph principles and semantic technologies as applied to enterprise data architecture
