AI & Data Solution Architect

Job Summary

Leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives, the full-time Solution Architect - AI & Data will provide strategic and technical guidance to clients, focusing on AI strategy, solution architecture, and customer success in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation engagements from opportunity identification to value realization, advising C-suite stakeholders on tailored strategies
• Design end-to-end solution architectures and oversee complex AI engagements, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes and architectural integrity
• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks and adoption strategies, coaching customer teams to build internal AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise architecture, or senior technology advisory roles focused on AI and digital transformation
• Proven track record in designing and managing complex AI or digital transformation engagements with multi-stakeholder involvement
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, data quality, and compliance frameworks
• Expertise in AI domain knowledge, including Generative AI, AI Agents, and Knowledge Graphs
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and relevant AI/ML certifications is desirable
