AI Data Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Data Strategist - Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Care Operations and Voice of the Customer teams to enhance strategies with actionable insights
• Utilize AI and Machine Learning tools to analyze customer interactions and deliver structured insights
• Create frameworks for leveraging AI insights across the organization to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a data-intensive environment such as Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with complex data schemas
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for analyzing unstructured data
• Extensive experience with BI tools for creating dashboards and visualizations
• Familiarity with foundational data science concepts and their application to business problems
