AI Data Trainer

Job Summary

AI Data Trainer, responsible for evaluating AI personalization capabilities using health data and user behavior in a part-time contractor role with a commitment of 4 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct multi-turn conversations with Gemini and assess response quality, tone, and contextual understanding
• Evaluate outputs for grounding, personalization, safety, and accuracy, ensuring correct use of personal data
• Test predefined Health & Wellness scenarios involving wearables and nutrition-related queries, providing qualitative feedback

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized for data training projects
• Must be located in and/or operate using en-US or en-IN language settings
• Must use a primary personal Google account with a rich historical data footprint
• Must possess and actively use a Fitbit device or Pixel Watch
• Commitment to at least 4 hours per day with 4 hours of overlap with PST
