AI Defense Technical Lead

Job Summary

As the AI Defense Technical Lead, this full-time position will provide critical governance and technical leadership over AI/ML systems to enhance security measures against agentic and nation state threats, coordinating remotely or from in-office locations in San Jose, CA, or New York, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and drive solutions for security challenges across Cloud, AI/ML systems, and enterprise environments
• Provide subject matter expertise and leadership in identity, authorization, and AI security domains
• Architect and implement AI-driven defense systems across multiple environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 15 years of experience in offensive security for enterprise environments, AI/ML security, or agentic systems security
• Experience with AI-specific vulnerabilities and nation state threats
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Cloud or enterprise security governance and policy enforcement
• Experience driving technical agreements on security requirements across complex environments
