AI Delivery Acceleration Specialist

Job Summary

Designing and refining prompt workflows for AI delivery, the full-time Sr. Delivery Acceleration AI Specialist will govern content production patterns to enhance customer implementations while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi-step prompt chains to autonomously generate implementation scope, estimates, and customer-facing artifacts
• Lead quality assurance by reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy and consistency before it reaches the Expert Services community
• Integrate AI capabilities with professional services delivery, ensuring outputs are usable in real customer contexts

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in prompt engineering with a focus on quality assurance for AI-generated content
• Pre-sales or delivery consulting experience with ownership of customer-facing delivery artifacts
• Advanced written communication skills with a portfolio of relevant work
• Strong understanding of professional services delivery operations and agile methodologies
• Self-directed working style with proficiency in AI tools, Excel, and presentation software
