Job Summary

Designing and refining prompt workflows for AI delivery, the full-time Sr. Delivery Acceleration AI Specialist will govern content production patterns to enhance customer implementations, working remotely within a fast-paced team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build multi-step prompt workflows that generate customer-facing artifacts to expedite delivery
• Lead quality assurance processes for AI-generated content, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards
• Integrate AI capabilities with professional services delivery, collaborating with consultants and sales teams for effective implementation

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in prompt engineering and quality assurance of AI-generated content
• Pre-sales or delivery consulting experience with ownership of customer-facing delivery artifacts
• Advanced written communication skills, with a portfolio of relevant work required
• Strong understanding of professional services delivery operations
• Experience in agile, sprint-based environments with measurable delivery outcomes
