Job Summary

Designing and optimizing AI-driven workflows, the full-time Sr. Delivery Acceleration AI Specialist will enhance customer implementation processes remotely by creating prompt templates and ensuring the quality of AI-generated content.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi-step prompt workflows to autonomously generate customer-facing implementation artifacts
• Lead quality assurance processes for AI-generated content, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards
• Collaborate with delivery consultants and sales teams to integrate AI capabilities into the professional services lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in prompt engineering and quality assurance of AI-generated content
• Pre-sales or delivery consulting experience with ownership of customer-facing delivery artifacts
• Strong understanding of professional services delivery operations
• Advanced written communication skills with a portfolio of relevant work
• Experience working in agile, sprint-based environments
