Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the delivery framework for AI client projects, overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Track project KPIs and ensure quality standards are met while maintaining client relationships
• Contribute to engineering efforts by shipping code and enhancing reusability across projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on AI
• Experience in client-facing roles with strong presentation and technical discussion skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor cross-functional teams
• Former experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Solutions Architect with a focus on complex AI solutions
