AI Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an AI & Automation utilization portfolio including initiatives, status, owners, dependencies, risks, and outcomes
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, and arrange office hours to support effective utilization of new tools
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators for AI utilization including quality, cycle time, throughput, and adoption

Required Qualifications

• 24+ years in content operations, project coordination, business analysis, or assessment production
• Experience in Ed Tech
• Familiarity with or experience in Assessment (or Content) Development desired
• Experience supporting process improvements, technology rollouts, or AI-assisted tools
• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Excel
