AI Delivery Lead
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time AI Delivery Lead will manage client delivery from problem definition to production deployment, translating business needs into AI solutions while actively engaging with engineering teams and clients to design and implement effective AI-native workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Own client delivery end-to-end, ensuring accountability for outcomes from problem definition through production deployment
- Translate between business and engineering, working with legal teams to identify needs and specifying solutions for engineers
- Design AI-native workflows and configure systems, validating outputs against real-world data and driving integrations with client tech stacks
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping AI products or implementations, with a strong understanding of RAG architectures and prompt engineering
- Current model-provider credentials, such as Anthropic Academy certifications or OpenAI Academy coursework
- Technical-adjacent skills, including the ability to read API documentation and engage in technical discussions with engineers
- Proven ability to lead workshops and presentations, effectively communicating with diverse audiences
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and developing solutions in a rapidly evolving environment
