Job Summary
To drive enterprise-wide agentic AI initiatives, the full-time salaried AI Delivery Leader will manage end-to-end delivery from opportunity discovery to measured outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive leaders in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own an enterprise portfolio of agentic AI use cases, shaping multi-quarter roadmaps and defining success metrics
- Lead opportunity discovery and solution framing to translate pain points into actionable agentic AI solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional squads to deliver pilots and scaled deployments while managing risks and ensuring quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in digital transformation, product/program management, or consulting, with 4+ years delivering AI/ML solutions
- Experience in delivering agentic AI solutions, including use-case discovery and deployment
- Proven program leadership skills with a focus on governance, executive communications, and delivery metrics
- Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven mindset for benefits tracking and continuous improvement
