AI Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Pilots Delivery Manager (Fixed-term/Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operational delivery of AI learning tool pilots across countries, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for country teams during AI tool pilots, providing on-the-ground support
• Ensure accurate and timely data collection across all participating countries for effective evaluation of pilots

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3 years' project or programme management experience with accountability for delivery timelines
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing training programmes, both online and in-person
• 1-2 years' exposure to AI tools or AI-enabled processes
• Strong experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders with a focus on delivery discipline
• Multilingual capability, ideally in English, Hindi, and/or Tamil
