AI Deployment Director

Job Summary

To enhance global client deployment and adoption of Liquid AI Solutions, the full-time remote AI Deployment Director will manage deployment tooling, processes, and client feedback while driving operational excellence and cross-functional coordination.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize global deployment processes and playbooks to improve client adoption outcomes
• Manage and analyze client feedback to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate resolution of recurring issues and facilitate alignment among cross-functional teams

Required qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in client deployment, client success operations, or product operations
• Experience in a global, cross-functional environment supporting SaaS or technology solutions
• Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools such as JIRA
• Familiarity with client deployment processes and lifecycle management
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
