AI Deployment Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Deployment Engineer to manage technical implementation activities during customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and pre-sales teams to gather requirements and understand needs
• Design, build, and deploy conversational AI solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems
• Monitor and optimize bot performance while facilitating User Acceptance Testing

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in building and deploying conversational AI solutions
• 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing implementation or consulting role, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Experience integrating AI solutions with support CRMs like Zendesk and Gorgias
• Strong practical knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
