AI Deployment Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Deployment Engineer to manage the technical relationship with enterprise customers post-sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical integration of the platform into customer systems, including API integrations and custom workflows
• Develop and monitor custom agents and tools, ensuring performance and reliability of deployed solutions
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, conducting onboarding and identifying expansion opportunities

Qualifications & Desired Skills

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Implementation Engineer or Technical Account Manager
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and AI agent frameworks
• Experience troubleshooting distributed systems in production environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
