Job Summary

Collaborating with clients to identify business needs and implement AI-driven solutions, the full-time AI Deployment Engineer will lead discovery workshops, design conversational experiences, and execute scalable AI solutions remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops to understand customer operations and business objectives
• Translate business goals into measurable AI use cases and Virtual Agent strategies
• Guide customers through testing, optimization, and go-live processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer experience, contact center operations, or conversational AI
• Proven ability to identify business requirements and present strategic recommendations
• Experience in professional services or consulting with a focus on customer delivery
• Strong collaboration skills with technical teams for solution design and implementation
