Job Summary

Leading customer-facing deployments, the full-time AI Deployment Manager will manage end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring successful adoption and optimization in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solution deployments from kickoff through post-launch optimization
• Define success metrics with customer stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, ensuring alignment and trust

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in leading SaaS, AI, or technical software implementations in enterprise environments
• Strong project management skills with a consultative, customer-first mindset
• Demonstrated experience owning client relationships and engaging senior stakeholders
• Technical fluency with the ability to translate complex technology into clear, actionable steps
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and against defined success metrics
