AI Deployment Strategist

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time AI Deployment Strategist will collaborate with customers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered planning solutions using Pigment, while managing the end-to-end implementation and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business problems into scalable Pigment models and deploy custom AI agents
• Partner with stakeholders to design AI-driven solutions and drive customer adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and enhance Pigment's AI capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science from a top-tier institution
• 2-5 years of experience in a technical, client-facing, or implementation role
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and AI/ML concepts
• Proficiency in structured modeling and programming (Python, SQL, or similar)
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integration concepts
