AI Design Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance AI models through high-quality data annotations, the remote AI Design Specialist will evaluate and refine design outputs, create strong examples, and collaborate with engineering teams while working part-time, full-time, or as a contractor.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate design outputs across various formats, including visual assets and interactive prototypes
• Distinguish and articulate the differences between weak and strong design work
• Write precise annotations and critiques to guide design quality and improvements

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated design excellence in a professional discipline such as graphic design, UI/UX design, or game design
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work and design taste
• Sharp eye for design fundamentals including visual hierarchy, typography, and composition
• Fluency in English with excellent written communication skills for critiques and annotations
• High attention to detail and ability to work from evolving instructions in a fast-paced environment
