Job Summary

Joining a rapidly growing tech startup, the full-time remote Associate AI Designer will troubleshoot and optimize AI agents by diagnosing conversation issues, refining prompts, and implementing solutions to enhance agent performance.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot AI agent conversations and implement fixes based on issue diagnosis
• Write and refine prompts to guide AI agents and analyze user responses for accurate evaluations
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to document troubleshooting workflows and improve agent reliability

Required qualifications

• Quick learner with a strong intellectual curiosity for new technologies
• Strong analytical thinker with systematic problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify patterns in conversation flows
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
• Some customer-facing or sales experience is a plus
