AI Developer

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end solution development, the full-time remote AI Developer will architect, prototype, test, deploy, and optimize AI systems while collaborating with business stakeholders in utilities to identify high-value opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms and develop intelligent copilots and automation frameworks
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of deployed AI solutions while mentoring teams on best practices
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and apply them to real-world industry challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and/or AI Foundry
• Proven track record of deploying at least one Copilot Studio or AI Foundry solution into production
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and strong understanding of APIs and microservices
