Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Developer - Customer Services and Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI-powered customer support solutions such as chatbots and virtual agents
  • Build and maintain systems for automating ticket triage, classification, and response generation
  • Analyze workflow data to identify automation opportunities and optimize AI systems for performance
Required Qualifications
