AI Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-powered applications, the full-time onsite AI Agentic Developer will design, develop, and maintain systems using Python/FastAPI and React/TypeScript, while leading end-to-end ownership of GenAI systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Designs and maintains AI applications, ensuring adherence to quality standards and development best practices
• Takes full ownership of GenAI systems, managing architectural decisions, feature delivery, and operational readiness
• Provides mentorship and technical guidance to team members on AI development practices and tool integration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML or GenAI applications
• Expert-level proficiency with AI coding assistants and agentic development workflows
• Strong full-stack development skills across Python and TypeScript/React ecosystems
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of microservice design patterns and trade-offs
