Job Summary
To support the FAA's enterprise data and analytics platforms, the full-time remote AI Developer/Applied ML Practitioner will develop analytical products, predictive models, and decision-support solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Develop analytical products, dashboards, and predictive models to support mission operations
- Translate business questions into analytical workflows and actionable insights
- Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for various operational use cases
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in data science, IT, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, particularly with AI applications in cloud environments
- Experience with LangChain, Vector DBs, and ML frameworks
- Experience implementing autonomous AI agentic workflows and modern techniques leveraging LLMs
- Proven ability to develop and support AI solutions in compliance with governance policies
