AI Developer
Job Summary
Building AI-powered features and services on Azure, the full-time remote JR and SR AI Developer will integrate large language models and machine learning into Voyager's products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-powered application features, including retrieval-augmented generation and model integration
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to refine AI features through iterative development
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive data and contribute to responsible AI governance practices
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years (Junior) or 5-8 years (Senior) of software development experience, including hands-on work with AI-powered applications
- Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript or JVM languages is a plus
- Experience with GenAI capabilities, model integration via APIs, and modern data stack tools like dlt, dbt, and Dagster
- Proficiency in CI/CD practices, particularly with Azure DevOps, and strong SQL skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
