AI Developer Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled AI Developer Engineer for a full-time remote position to design, develop, and operationalize AI capabilities for FEMA, focusing on applications such as chatbots, predictive models, and integration with cloud services.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and productionize AI applications, including chatbots and predictive models, for FEMA's mission programs
- Evaluate new AI use cases, providing feasibility and solution estimates
- Implement MLOps and DevSecOps practices, ensuring secure and efficient deployment of AI/ML models
Required qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering
- Proficiency in Python, R, or JavaScript, with experience in machine-learning frameworks
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and git-based source control
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or a related field
- U.S. Citizenship and favorable adjudication for FEMA Public Trust suitability required
