AI Developer Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing AI-first initiative, the full-time Operations Associate - AI Developer will build, test, and deploy AI agents and automations within Salesforce, working remotely from Mexico City during afternoon hours to align with US-based teams.

Key responsibilities

• Construct intelligent automations and AI agents based on structured design requirements and user stories
• Execute complete build cycles, including self-testing and documentation for quality review before production deployment
• Collaborate across domains to deliver high-impact solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual processes

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in building AI-assisted automations and agents using tools like Claude, Agentforce, Cursor, and Gemini
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Apex, and SOQL
• Demonstrated ability to translate design documents into functional builds with minimal iteration
• Strong understanding of AI agent quality testing and deployment processes in a professional context
• Active engagement with AI tools and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in automation technologies
