AI Development Lead

Job Summary

To advance enterprise AI capabilities, the full-time Associate Director, AI Development Lead will design and implement end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions, manage a team of developers, and collaborate on strategic AI initiatives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy end-to-end machine learning and Generative AI solutions, ensuring production-quality standards
• Lead and mentor a small team of AI developers, setting technical direction and quality expectations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize AI initiatives and evaluate technical feasibility and value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field; advanced degree preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, or data science; 10+ years preferred
• Hands-on experience in building and shipping ML/GenAI solutions to production
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of modern Generative AI concepts and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
