AI Digital Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the development of a patient-facing generative AI consumer product, the contract AI Digital Product Manager will manage the product backlog, drive sprint execution, and coordinate cross-functional teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria for AI-powered features
- Translate consumer insights and stakeholder input into structured product requirements documents
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineering, UX design, and clinical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and address dependencies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of product management experience with a proven ability to manage a product backlog and drive agile delivery
- Working knowledge of generative AI technologies, including large language models and retrieval-augmented generation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across diverse stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently in early-stage, ambiguous product environments
