Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the comprehensive AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing AI team while fostering a culture of innovation
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring best practices and ethical guidelines are followed

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 8-10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with significant hands-on development experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in leading and managing AI/ML teams or projects
• Deep technical expertise in AI/ML concepts and proficiency in relevant programming languages and libraries
• Experience with data engineering, MLOps practices, and deploying models in production environments
