Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Director to shape and execute the practical application of artificial intelligence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate needs into technical requirements
• Rapidly prototype AI tools and applications from concept to MVP, typically within weeks
• Research, test, and benchmark emerging AI models and capabilities to assess performance and suitability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years in a technical analyst, automation, data engineering, or operational role
• Demonstrated ability to design and deploy solutions using AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude
• Proficient in Python, Excel/VBA, and working SQL knowledge
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar)
