AI Director is a full-time, hands-on software engineering leader responsible for transforming software design and development through AI-driven strategies to enhance engineering productivity and software quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Vertical R&D Leader to define and implement AI initiatives that enhance software development efficiency
• Act as a hands-on developer and architect, creating AI-enabled tools and workflows within software teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the adoption of AI solutions and share best practices across verticals

• Strong hands-on software development experience with production systems
• Proven experience in vertical market or domain-specific software environments
• Ability to influence engineering practices without direct authority
