AI Education Practice Leader

Job Summary

To drive growth in AI education, the full-time AI Education Practice Leader will manage the business strategy, revenue, and outcomes for a comprehensive education and talent development portfolio, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful training and workshops for the mortgage industry.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategy, pricing, revenue, and margin for the education and talent portfolio, ensuring targets are met
• Design and deliver public courses, certifications, and training in collaboration with the Mortgage Bankers Association
• Recruit and lead instructors and coaches while scaling AI education initiatives across various platforms

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in business-line or P&L leadership with a focus on building and growing educational programs
• Background in education, training, learning and development, or professional services
• Strong knowledge of AI and generative AI, with mortgage industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and present confidently to executives
• Experience in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with a collaborative mindset
