AI-Enabled CDI Partner

Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of AI-enabled solutions, the full-time Partner, AI-Enabled CDI will focus on transforming care management and utilization management processes remotely by embedding AI, automation, and predictive analytics into healthcare workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled CDI, Care Management, and Utilization Management transformation engagements, overseeing teams and client deliverables
• Design AI native workflows to facilitate business transformation and outline value propositions through analytics
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients while mentoring consulting colleagues and fostering a collaborative culture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10-15+ years of experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement, Care Management, Utilization Management, or healthcare consulting
• Deep expertise in DRGs, denial prevention, documentation workflows, and revenue integrity operations
• Experience leading operational improvement initiatives within complex health systems
• Strong understanding of EHR workflows and healthcare operational systems
