Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, IT project management, or business transformation in healthcare or a regulated industry
• Proven ability to identify and assess high-impact AI use cases
• Familiarity with process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) and project management tools
