AI Enablement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services AI Enablement Analyst to facilitate the adoption of AI tools within their Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI Deployment Accelerators to automate data mapping, schema conversion, and documentation generation
• Identify AI use cases and perform cost-benefit analyses to measure impact on Professional Services workflows
• Design and implement autonomous AI agents and collaborate on training content for team enablement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services delivery or technology-enabled programs
• Experience in technology adoption and change management across cross-functional teams
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI agent frameworks
• Practical experience designing generative AI solutions and knowledge of AI/ML concepts
