AI Enablement Analyst

Job Summary

To support the effective adoption of AI tools within the Professional Services team, the full-time remote AI Enablement Analyst will collaborate with various teams to identify AI use cases, implement solutions, and measure their impact while translating complex AI concepts into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI Deployment Accelerators to automate data mapping, schema conversion, and code migration tasks
• Audit workflows to identify high-impact AI opportunities and perform cost-benefit analyses for leadership
• Design and code autonomous AI Agents using frameworks like Lang Graph and Crew AI, ensuring alignment with AI Architecture Standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services delivery or technology-enabled programs in a software or SaaS environment
• Experience supporting technology adoption and change management across cross-functional teams
• Strong proficiency in Python and practical experience with generative AI solutions and AI agent frameworks
• Solid working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and automation platforms sufficient for training and solution delivery
