AI Enablement Associate Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of the Creative Studio AI Enablement roadmap, the full-time Associate Manager, AI Enablement will manage pilots, adoption activities, and workflow integration while collaborating with various teams to embed AI into creative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of the AI Enablement roadmap, including pilots and reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align tools and delivery needs for AI integration
• Develop enablement resources and drive adoption through change management initiatives

Required qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in creative operations, digital production, marketing, or AI enablement
• Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows and digital content production
• Strong understanding of creative production processes and stakeholder management
• Proven organizational and change management skills
