AI Enablement Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of AI Enablement to drive the integration of AI across its operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the AI enablement roadmap aligned with company goals
• Build and lead an AI Enablement function to enhance AI usage across teams
• Identify high-value AI use cases and manage projects from proof-of-concept to production

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 10+ years in technology, data, or product leadership roles
• 3-5+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy and enterprise enablement initiatives
• Proven track record of driving AI or digital transformation at scale
• MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Strong understanding of AI technologies such as LLMs, generative AI, and predictive analytics
